ABOUT US
Scope Consulting Ltd. started its operations in 2008 to provide consulting services mainly for the SME’ s applying for the grant programs of the EU and Turkey as well as consulting services for the local authorities and banking sector. In addition to these, the company provides written translations for the legislative documents and consecutive interpretation for the meetings carried out with the European experts and local public servants.
In addition to these services the company also started to provide local activity coordination for EU companies implementing projects in the northern part of Cyprus that will include services such as;
- meeting, seminar and workshop organizations
- local support (logistical services - office premises-)
- translation/interpretation services
- facilitation of reporting
The Company has created a professional basis within the local market for these services and established a credible reputation with a diversified portfolio of customers.

Scope Consulting Ltd. is the local partner for the TAPS project entitled“Technical Assistance to build the capacity of the local stakeholders (including business support organizations) and enhance the competitiveness of the private sector”for the provision of services. (Consortium Leader DIADIKASIA S.A. Consortium of companies composed of International Development Ireland (IDI) Ltd (IR), AESA (BE) and Scope Consulting Ltd. (EuropeAid/136143/DH/SER/)).

Scope Consulting Ltd. has been providing local support to “Capacity building to the water/wastewater sector and solid sector – phase 2, Development and Restructuring of Infrastructure in the northern part of Cyprus” project implemented by the consortium led by MWH Global since March 2016 (Service Contract N° 2015/363-171 EuropeAid/133937/DH/SER/CY).

She has graduated from Eastern Mediterranean University Banking and Finance Department in 1997 completed her master's degree in 2004 on 'European Management' joint programme ESC Rouen University - Lefke European University (Winter period was completed in 3 months Rouen- France). In 2007, she completed the USAID organized "Training of the Trainers" program and received an an adult instructor certificate. She worked as Finance Expert at Karma International in Istanbul/Turkey during 1997-2000, as Inspector in Central Bank of northern Cyprus during 2002-2006 and as Finance Expert in the Prime Minister’s EU Coordination Center (northern Cyprus) during 2006-2008. In 2008 she established Scope Consulting Ltd. and is the managing director and senior consultant of the Company since then and is providing consultancy services to many SMEs under EU and Republic of Turkey funded projects. She worked as short term expert for (EuropeAid//126172CSER/CY) “Training, capacity building and project management” project run by the consortium of Swedtel International and Regulaid during 2009-2011 and is still working as a short term non-key expert under TAPs project (EuropeAid/136143/DH/SER/CΥ)“Technical Assistance to build the capacity of local stakeholders (including BSOs) and enhance the competitiveness of the private sector” project since January 2018.
She has graduated from Translation and Interpretation Department of Eastern Mediterranean University in 2009. She worked in the 2009-11 years in the Foreign Banking unit in Limassol Turkish Cooperative Bank Ltd and worked as a volunteer in "Cyprus Action for Recycling and Environment (CARE)" in northern Cyprus, and, in the preparation of the project. Provided voluntary work for TRNC Foreign Press Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the European Union Co-ordination Centre in. She worked as translator and interpreter in 2012 as part of the
EUROPEAID/125948/C/SER/CY “Capacity Building/ Restructuring and Awareness Raising of Water, Wastewater and Waste Management Project “ run by a Danish company Grontmij AS. Since January 2013 she is working as translator and consultant for Scope Consulting Ltd. and is providing local activities coordination for foreign missions and companies involved with the European Union and providing interpretation/translation services in the execution of the EU acquis compliance by the Public Administration.

Mehveş Beyidoğlu

Aylin Akdeniz

Mehves Beyidoğlu has a master’s degree in European Integration Politics and Regionalism and International Relations and undergraduate degree in International Relations. She has been active in various non-governmental organizations since 2002 and has pioneered the establishment of many civil society organizations. Mehveş Beyidoğlu, who has been active in all phases of the Project Management Cycle, has written projects for civil society organizations she has been especially consulted and advised on for many international institutions such as the European Union, the United Nations, the EEA and others. Mehveş Beyidoğlu, who has contributed to the writing and implementation of over 60 projects for 15 years, is currently the Project Manager of an EU project. Mehveş Beyidoğlu, worked as a Specialist at the European Union Coordination Center under the Prime Ministry between 2004 and 2007, and later as the Advisor to the Ministry of Education's projects between 2009 and 2011. She is cooperating with Scope Consulting Ltd in project writing and support since 2011.
Aylin Akdeniz has a master’s degree in International Relations and an undergraduate degree in English Language and Literature. Since 1999, she has actively worked as a consultant and project coordinator responsible for communications in projects financed by many institutions and foreign donors, and has led many of the winning projects in strategy formulation and project preparation. Aylin Akdeniz has been actively involved in every stage of the Project Management Cycle and provided consultancy to many SMEs and civil society organizations for programs run by international organizations under European Union, United Nations, United States International Development Aid Agency (USAID) and the Republic of Turkey Çukurova Development Agency. As a freelance consultant, Aylin Akdeniz is currently managing many EU and TC co-financed projects. In addition to this, Akdeniz, which serves many institutions in England, TRNC and TC as an English instructor, education and consultancy, has been working in collaboration with Scope Consulting Ltd. on project writing and local support since 2011.
Vildan Esenyel
Consultant
Vildan Esenyel graduated from the Department of English Language and Literature at Ege University in 2000 and completed her pedagogical formation education in the following year at the same university. She worked in management positions in the field of Tourism and Public Relations in Izmir and then settled in England and during her five years there she gained work experience both in Sales, Marketing and Education fields and also attended several trainings in written and oral communication fields. After receiving her master's degree in Educational Administration and Institution Development at Manchester University, she settled in Northern Cyprus in 2007 and started her first job as Human Resources Manager. She then worked as a senior manager for 5 years at a long-established domestic firm that has been a distributor of a large international company. During this time she has acquired the experience of an International Company and has participated in many seminars in fields such as Sales, Marketing, Sales Coaching and Management in many countries abroad. She continued her career as a senior manager of another large firm and actively acted at all stages of the institutionalization efforts in the companies she was working with. Vildan Esenyel specializes in Sales, Marketing, Communication, Customer Relations, Corporate Reputation Management and Management, and continues to work on Corporate Consultancy.
